Yatra Booking & Cancellation Policies
FOR ONLINE MODE
1. BOOKING PROCEDURE
Select the package and enter book Now, you will directed to fill a form of Basic requirement needed to us like Package code name, address, no of persons etc. After filling up the form, you will be directed to Online Payment Gateway for payment by Credit / Debit cards/ net banking. Please fill in the fields completely. You will need the Trek Code / name & Amount handy (please refer to Yatra by Trek Page). After making the payment you will get a transaction receipt with brief package detail. And you will receive the confirmation mail / Call with in 48 hrs from Anna Adventures & Tours.
In case of unsuccessful booking and funds debited from your account will be refunded within 07 working days to your account.
2. AMENDMENTS
If you wish to make amendments to your trip arrangements after confirmed booking, you must notify Anna Adventures & Tours in writing. Each amendment to your trip arrangements will incur an administration fee depending upon the situation. All administration fees must be paid before departure.
3. RESCHEDULING
Rescheduling for the subsequent tour/ yatra due to undue circumstances before 30 days can be considered as the postponement and there will be only 25% of the deduction balance of the amount will be adjusted in the tour component.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of cancelation of trip following rules will be applied for deduction from advanced amount.
a) If troop will cancel programme six month before the trip begins 10%
b) If troop will cancel programme between six to three month 25%
c) If troop will cancel programme between three to 30 days 50%
d) If you cancel less than 30 days before the trip begins, or the fix day when the trip begins, there will be no refund.
All notice of cancellation must be sent to our office in written. Verbal cancellations will not be entertained.
T &C for Helicopter Packages
Important Notice:

Every year Helicopter service starts from Janamastmi to Radhastmi by private Heli Company. Anna Adventures and Tours will not responsible for any delay in start of Helicopter services due to any reason. We will try to provide best of our efforts for chopper flight. Anna Adventures & Tours will not be responsible for delay/ cancelation of flight.
- The chopper flight will be depends upon weather conditions. It may take more than said time/days. Extra days will be charged on package cost and days ratio excluding the airfare.

The Helicopter airfare will be finalised 10-15 days before the start of service.The airfare in the package has been accounted as Rs 6800/- for both way and Rs 3500(up) & 3300(down) has been counted for one way. Any fluctuation (+ /-) in the airfare will be payable by both the parties.
- Only 50 seats per day.
- Children below 2 years will be free of cost.
- If the weight of the Passenger is more than 90 kg than Rs 100 will be charged per kg as per company guidelines.
- Yatra registration will be provided with Helicopter packages only.
CANCELLATION POLICY:-
FOR MANIMAHESH YATRA PACKAGE BY HELICOPTER / HELICOPTER TICKETS
In case of cancelation of trip following rules will be applied for deduction from paid amount. Cancelation notice must be sent to our office in written. Verbal cancellations will not be entertained.
- If troop will cancel programme six month before the trip begins 10%
- If troop will cancel programme between six to three month 25%
- If troop will cancel programme between three to 30 days 50%
- If you cancel less than 30 days before the trip begins, or the fix day when the trip begins, there will be no refund from the Package only 75% of airfare will be refunded.
- Cancellation of Helicopter tickets, only 75% of airfare will be refunded from the cost of Helicopter tickets.
